If you have a sheet of 8 1/2 by 11 cardstock, a sheet of patterend paper, some ribbon, a few embellishments (this can be as simple as a few buttons) stickers, a glue stick, a ruler and a pair of scissors then you are well on your way to a beautiful card in just five simple steps!Here's How:
1) Fold the cardstock in half vertically:
2) Cut the patterend paper so that it will cover the front of the card leaving about a 1/4 in border. Attach the paper to the cardstock using a gluestick.
3) Cut the ribbon so that it fits evenly across the middle of your card and attach it using the gluestick. Be careful not to use too much glue.
4). Now attach your embelleshments along the ribbon. I used small flowers and attached them using small brads. I attached the bow using a larger decorative brad.
5). Use your stickers to add a title to your card. You can add a sentiment inside your card using stickers, a stampset or just hand write it in.
There you go! Five steps to a beautiful greeting card that you will be proud to give someone you love! Have fun and use your imagination. The possibilities are unlimited!
